If you need help with a particular feature - or if you believe you have found a programming bug - or you want to suggest an enhancement, then:

1. Check Circle Dock's offline Help System - maybe this contains the information you are looking for.

If step 1 fails, then:

2. Please head over to the Circle Dock Support Forum (kindly provided by donationcoder.com) and search the messages - someone may have already posted about the issue.

If step 2 fails, then:

3. Post a message about your issue, giving as great a description as you can. Please include in your post the following information:

· The version of Circle Dock you are running

· The version of Microsoft Windows you have - and please indicate whether you have 32-bit or 64-bit Windows.

· The version of Microsoft .Net Framework being used by Circle Dock

· Steps to be taken to reproduce the problem.
